Brothers BBQ was born from a love for BBQ
Chris and Nick O'Sullivan, two brothers originally
from England, opened the doors of the first Brothers
BBQ restaurant in February 1998 - but their love
affair with BBQ began long before...
The British BBQ Invasion
Traveling the United States as a professional race
car driver, Nick remembers his first experience with
BBQ. "The first time I tasted BBQ, I was immediately
hooked," says Nick, "In fact, it was more that
that...it was like an addiction or obsession." Older
brother Chris also experienced BBQ on the road,
sampling different meats and sauces, and deciding
that he would one day bring these different tastes
of America back home to Denver.
