Planning a wedding on a remote mountain ranch made it difficult to find an affordable and flexible caterer. From the first phone call, Hillary was extremely professional and it helped immensely that she had a background as a wedding planner. She answered all of my questions and promptly emailed me the detailed quote with everything I had discussed with her. Rather than making me feel like this would be an ordeal for her company (like the other caterers I had spoken to), her attitude was so helpful and refreshing that I knew she really cared about making our event a success. We met several times for tastings and to finalize details. I was reassured that I would get everything we discussed for the price I was quoted and it was truly affordable for all they did. The day of the wedding, Brothers BBQ arrived promptly and set up the whole food table without needing any help from us. Their courteous staff served all of our guests with smiles and we heard so many comments on how great the food was. They did a perfect job and I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional, quality caterer.
