Catering Fine Print
Guarantee Policy
Brother’s BBQ Catering requires that all menus and final numbers be submitted at
least 24 hours prior to your function to guarantee
our services.
Liquor Policy
All guests consuming alcohol must be
21 years or older. Our bartenders are required by
law to ID all customers requesting/purchasing
alcohol. Brother’s BBQ Catering reserves the right
to refuse alcohol to any individual or individuals
that we feel place our liquor license in jeopardy.
Prices are subject to change.
Cancellation Policy
If a scheduled catering is
cancelled within 48 hours, a 20% fee of the invoice
cost will be charged to the card on file. If the
catering order is cancelled within 24 hours or less,
a 50% fee will be charged to the card on file.
Gratuity
An automatic 18% gratuity will be added to
orders of $500 or more. This gratuity goes directly
to the caterers and kitchen staff who provide the
food. If your experience is less than satisfactory,
please contact our Catering Department at
720-297-7801. For orders that are less than $500, we
suggest a gratuity of 15-20%. Gratuity can be
automatically added to your invoice for your
convenience.
Delivery Fee
Catering outside of the Denver area
may be subject to a delivery fee.
Outside Vendors
The costs of all outside vendors
including, but not limited to, tents, tables,
chairs, linen, flowers and delivery will be the
responsibility of the client. It is our pleasure to
make all orders and delivery requests with the
vendors. Brother’s BBQ Catering will not be
responsible if outside vendors fail to satisfy the
customer’s wishes and demand.
Reservations
A credit card is required at the time
an order is placed. This is solely to hold/reserve
the date and will not be used unless authorized by
the card holder. In the event that there is no other
payment granted, there are outstanding financial
obligations or there is a cancellation of our
services within 48 hours, the credit card on file
will be charged.
Additional Hours
For specific packages that we
offer, our caterers will stay and serve at the event
for two hours. If you would like our staff to stay
longer, there is an additional fee of $20 per extra
hour of service.
